Description: Interested in entering the world of FPV racing drones? One thing that you'll need is 5.8Ghz FPV goggles to view the in-flight video from the drone. This set of entry level goggles would be appropriate for new FPV fliers. Find them here bit.ly/BetaFPVVR02 Pros - Inexpensive entry level goggles, very suitable for beginner FPV fliers. Also it's very simple to operate. - Very compact and lightweight at approximately 300 grams. Includes good face cushioning for comfort. - Built-in 48 channel 5.8Ghz video receiver. Includes bands A, B, E, F, R, and L bands. Also includes rapid autoscan capability to quickly find and lock on to your drone's video signal. - 4.3 inch LCD screen with 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Also includes periscopic mirrors to increase the focal distance to the image screen (makes it easier for old folks like me to focus on the screen). - I was impressed with its internal built-in 14 DBI patch antenna. It provided excellent video reception, and appeared to provide steadier reception than my more expensive FXT Viper goggles with diversity receivers. - Built-in 3.7V 2000mah battery provides around 2 hours goggles operation. Battery is charged with included type C micro USB cable. Cons - No menu to adjust the screen settings, such as brightness, contrast, saturation, etc... - Although these goggles are suitable for myopic nearsighted folks, those with hyperopia (farsightedness) will likely have difficulty focusing on the image. Unfortunately the opening face of the goggles are not wide enough to accommodate glasses. Affiliate links: At no cost to you, I do receive a small commission for sales resulting from these links.
