What I plugged into the TV was a Google Chrome Cast. If you wait for occasions like Black Friday, Google usually bundles the products for more savings. I prefer Google primarily because of it's YouTube capabilities and being able to control a TV with Chromecast. You can voice command what you'd like to watch, not just on YouTube but on other streaming services, you can cast from your phone, and turn the TV on and off with your voice so losing the remote (which I do too often) isn't an issue.
