Banana dulce de leche pie MY SOCIALS Instagram: instagram.com/jonny.photos Snapchat: itsjomejia Twitter: twitter.com/jonnymejia23 Facebook: facebook.com/KitchenWithJonny INGREDIENTS 2 cups graham crackers crumbs 1 stick/8 Tbsp of butter, melted 1 (14 oz) can of dulce de leche 2 ripe bananas 1-1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup white sugar for whipped cream Grated chocolate to garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. To make dulce de leche, place a can of sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil on medium heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Keep checking up on it and adding water when the can is exposed. Remove the can and wait until is cool slightly before opening it. You just made Dulce de leche! Whoo hoo! 2. In a medium size bowl, mix together the melted butter and grahams cracker crumbs and mix until it looks like wet sand. Spread on the bottom and sides of a tart pan or pie plate and chill in the fridge. 3. In a medium bowl, add cream and sugar and whip it up. Refrigerate until needed. 4. Spread the Dulce de leche (toffee) over the crust. Slice up a couple of ripe bananas on top of toffee. Spread over the whipped cream. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. 5. Garnish with grated chocolate
