Here is the full workout for you to try Tuesday’s Workout BACK ATTACK ***All of these exercises keep your rest between 1-3 minutes*** 1) Pull-ups 3 sets x 8-10 reps (you can count these as warm ups and if you don't have the strength, go ahead and just do assisted pullups or you can even use a resistance band) 2) T-Bar Row 6 sets x 8-10 reps (try to increase the weight after every set. Rest 2-3 minutes after every set) 3) Hex Bar Deadlifts 3 sets x 6 reps 4) Dual Handle Lat Pulldown 3 sets x 8-10 reps 5) Straight Arm Cable Pushdown OR Dumbbell Pullover 3 sets x 8-10 reps
