Description: This video demonstrates how to protect your baby's backside using a combination of Lanolin, Lugols iodine, myrrh, and sunflower oil. Ingredients used: - approximately 2 tablespoons of Lanolin - 10 drops of the essential oil of Myrrh - 3-4 drops of Lugol's Iodine - 1-2 of sunflower oil The amount of oil you decide to use will determine the consistency of the formula--either a lotion or a cream. Alternatives to this formula could be to interchange myrrh with rosemary, Vitamin A or CQ10. Or, to interchange the sunflower oil with coconut oil, almond oil, or wheat germ oil.
