Description: Welp, last week was a bummer! I caught a cold, felt physically exhausted and wound up just short of a mental breakdown. Luckily, my awesome wife and a good friend of mine helped ease my mind and reminded me that sometimes we all need to take a break. This made me realize that there are 4 tips for avoiding burnout that have always worked for me, yet I somehow have unconsciously stopped following them in the past 18 months (since right before Covid).
