This apartment at Jolie on Greenwich in NYC is next level. We're so happy to be here and call this home for now. It's the first time we've lived in a luxury apartment building, with a doorman and amenities and wow, I see why people are in to this kind of living. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom brand new apartment and it's finished extraordinarily. From high end finishes to views of the hudson river and freedom tower, oh and 12ft floor to ceiling windows, this place is amazing, and that's just the start of it. Big thanks to Ryan Serhant and the team for developing such an incredible building. Not only is the building next level, but Fidi (The Financial District) is so stacked with great restaurants and literally every train comes right to our door. Going to be touch to leave here, getting very very comfortable! There's still some units left in the building and in my opinion priced very fairly. Hit up the team is you want to check them out.
