Description: Hi, everyone. Today I will show you how to make a very useful device with your own hands. For manufacturing, we need a bolt, a drill, a connecting nut and a piece of metal pipe. Measure 2 centimeters from the edge of the pipe and put a mark.You can use any paper sheet to draw a straight line around the entire circle. Using a circular saw, cut off a piece of pipe on the mark. Done. The result is such a blank. Now we need to make a hole in this blank. You can take any drill, even a broken one. Make a mark in the place for the hole. To make it we select a metal drill of the appropriate size. We clamp the blank in a vise, outline the center, using the core and drill a hole. Done! The drill goes perfectly through the hole. Now we need to weld a nut to the workpiece. As you can see, the drill bit freely enters the hole of the nut too. We clamp all the parts in a vise, preventing their displacement relative to each other. And weld. Done. Now we will process the solder places. We cut the drill at the mark of 3 centimeters and sharpen its end. Finally, insert the drill bit into the workpiece and fix it inside with a bolt. We got a great device for removing rusty nuts from bolts without ruining the threads. See how it works. I have a good bolt with a rusty nut. I clamp it in the device.
