Description: If you'd like the drum transcription for this song, please click the link below! In addition to the transcription for this song, you'll also receive 100+ full drum transcriptions for songs by various artists that I've worked for (or covered) over the years. I basically compiled every drum transcription I've ever made (at least, the ones I could find!) & am selling them all as a unit for only $5.99. gumroad.com/l/ydMGK I've always wanted to do a cover of "Stabwound", but never really thought I would. Mainly because 1) I didn't have guitar stems & hate trying to mix well-tracked real drums w/ an album file, & 2) it's immensely difficult. Erick, Mario, & myself used to bond over how sick 'Epitaph' is when I toured with CHON. I recently went to chill with them when they were in the area, & jokingly said "Mario, Lol, if u track guitars for me I'll cover it". He was like "Lol dude I'm so down". So with that, I finally willed myself into learning / tracking it. It was honestly the hardest thing I've ever done (LOL). So, HUGE shoutout to Mario Camarena, Erick Hansel, & Esiah Camarena for tracking guitar / bass. Without them, I probably wouldn't have done it, & it was SUPER RAD / fun to record a song that I love so much, from an album that I love so much, alongside some homies that I TRULY love so much (everyone in CHON truly rule as human beings). Much love to those dudes!!! Needless to say, they did an INCREDIBLE job. Mixing was done by Adam "Nolly" Getgood, & as per usual, it is SLAMMIN'. Drums are 100% natural (kick too!). Phenomenal interface & mic pre's, made by some great people. I'll be uploading a video with some more information on the units in the near future! The original tempo of this song is 240 (until the solo, where it drops to 224, then raises back to 240 at the end). Guys, listen. I tried to do it at 240. It was so hard that I wanted to die. So I did the main parts (beginning / end) at 235 instead. I hope all you #TR00 #TECH fans will forgive me (LOL).
