Description: 2020 results from my return to strength 7 months ago. It was not merely lower reps strength training tho because in the meantime I also created and trained for the Thor´s SET and performed 32kg deadstop pullups in Ukraine this summer. From approx. 2018 to spring 2020 I trained only strength endurance on purpose (32kg pullups for 20+ reps, dips only twice a month with around 60-75kg, 30kg pistols for 20+ reps etc... ). Than I decided to get back to strength for a while to see hows it going. It went pretty good until I teared my 2nd (left) pec on heavy dips again (teared 1st (right) in 2017). Reason this happened is that I use real deep and proper (no lean) form (just look in the video on range of motion and quality of the movement) and most importantly I took too wide grip (about 80cm width on new dip station from my sponsor RVL13). Fortunatelly I got well in couple months and could train my legs even harder due to it in the meantime.. still managed to get solid results (only excluded dips after this years PR of 140kg). I hope this can inspire you to train hard and smart and be very disciplined in 2021. I train 16 years in a row.
