Homesteading off the grid and on the mountain certainly has its challenges but there's no place we'd rather live. We restored the old camp and transformed it into a cozy home for ourselves, then we cleared more land, built a workshop and greenhouse and spent the late part of the winter starting seeds and now we're busy planting our first garden on the mountain.
