Description: Caller used 911 as a weapon. If somebody asks you to be dishonest to a 911 operator, you can't claim you called in good faith. This person could have been injured or killed. They say it is the thought that counts. What thought does a person have when they tell lies to 911? Nobody in this world can pretend they are so stupid they don't understand what danger this creates.
