Bedtime yoga is a lovely way to release stress and anxiety from your day and relieve tension from your joints and muscles. Personally, I always stretch before bed otherwise I just can't sleep right! This class is suitable for beginners and all levels, no props are required. You could even do this class in bed if you wanted to.
