Welding on the bearing block bolts on the S355 chain housing sidewalls and bearing block flanges. Cutting out chain tensioner parts on the homemade CNC plasma table. Using 6mm S355 steel for the tensioner box parts. Sprockets and bearings are off-the-shelf parts I ordered from a farmer store. This 100mm chain tensioner sprocket with the chain tensioner box mount will be located inside the main chain housing and it'll move up-down and tension the chain via bolt attached to the lid I'm yet to make.
