Description: After 43 hours of labor, our precious gift from God was born! Nothing compares to the joys of motherhood and holding your baby for the first time. I feel a little vulnerable sharing my experience but wanted to give glory to Christ for giving me the strength to make it through all 43 hours without any pain relief or medical intervention. And God had a little surprise up his sleeve that showed me the real reason I was called to do this - to be shown the commitment and love my husband has for me and strengthen the bond we already thought was unbreakable.
