Description: Japanese Knife Restoration Video I just found another rusty Japanese knife from Japan recycle shop near my house. I already knew that this kind of knife is difficult to restore, but I really love the knife quality. You can see the quality test at the end of this video. The sander paper I used P100, P150, P220, P320, P400, P600 and P1200 I used normal stone and wet stone 1000 and 3000 I hope you find this video useful and enjoy it!
