So how exactly can exercising and breaking a sweat enhance your health and boost your mindset?In this video, we are going to be going over 3 reasons why Exercising will improve your mindset. So let's get straight into it and not mess around. Reason number 1 is It Gives Your Memory A Boost: There is undoubtedly a close link between a good mindset and a sound memory. As a matter of fact, they come hand in hand. In line with the above, research has it that exercises which are moderately intense improve memory and thinking within the space of six months. According to doctor Scott McGinnis who is a neurology instructor at Harvard medical school, exercise enhances your thinking cells both indirectly and directly. It does this by kick-starting physiological changes cutting across reducing body inflammations to reducing the body's resistance to insulin and also acting directly on the brain. Working out directly acts on the brain by boosting the production of brain cells and promoting the growth of new blood vessels.
