Description: 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 earns a TOP SAFETY PICK+ award. The ID.4 earned good ratings in all six IIHS crashworthiness evaluations, including the driver-side small overlap front, passenger-side small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength and head restraint tests. With the exception of the passenger-side small overlap front, those tests are shown in this video. The ID.4 also has a standard front crash prevention system that earn a superior rating in the vehicle-to-vehicle evaluation and an advanced rating in the vehicle-to-pedestrian evaluation.
