Description: Join me for this completely standing 20 minute Full Body STANDING Yoga Flow whether in your kitchen, office, bedroom or yoga space. You donโt even need a mat, just flow where you stand! The whole thing could be done in your kitchen or office during a break ๐ We'll start with a short warm up for neck & hips then stretch into standing yoga poses from a challenging โSun Cโ before repeating the yoga flow 1 breath, 1 movement. Even though this is different than what you might be used to, itโs still quite challenging to your breath, muscles and balance and you will experience a full body yoga stretch with mindful sequencing to increase spinal, upper body and hip mobility. This video & the entire STANDING collection in the SarahBethYoga APP are Prenatal & Postnatal friendly. The only twists are modified as "open arm" which are safe for prenatal and postnatal tummies/DR because the open arm twist is in the upper back & shoulders vs in the abdomen and low back. The balancing poses may need modifying depending on how you feel each day.
