This workout consists of 20 cardio exercises that we will perform for 50 seconds at a time and 10 seconds rest with no repeats. All you need is some space on your mat and your sweat towel! I am 28 weeks pregnant in this workout.* The exercises: 1. Inchworm push ups 2. Knee Drivers left and right 3. reverse lunge and kick 4. Squat walk and 3 squat taps 5. Bear crawls 6. Plank Knee taps 7. Step up burpees and show hands 8. Squat to lunge 9. 2 hooks 2 upper cuts 10. Overhead Pull to Knee then to kick 11. lateral Lunge and lateral kick left 12.
