Description: Ever since 1980s Mode came out, I've always had such a vivid image in my head of the week introduction cutscenes. I've always imagined Ryoba connecting dots on a board and planning out everything that way. I decided I wanted to create the week 1 opening cutscene the way I had always imagined it in my head. I always imagined the visuals to be simple, but I wanted the visuals to give the player everything they needed, I wanted them to be shown about the Journalist working on the case (rather than just seeing him arrive at school the next day), I wanted them to be shown who the Student Council members they need to be looking out for are and of course I wanted them to know who exactly their rival is. Whilst the silhouette images looked cool, it doesn't give the player the exact identity of the girl they are looking for.
