Well, this butt and hamstrings workout is exactly what you need! This booty workout will have you sweating buckets! Don’t tell me lifting weights doesn’t get the heart racing ;) This is a cardio + weights workout in one. You can do this workout at home or at the gym. No need to go heavy on the weights for this circuit. Choose a weight that is moderately heavy - nothing crazy! The focus is on high reps & fast pace to really feel the burn! So, find a little corner for yourself and grab: 1 medium booty band (STRONG Curves booty bands available soon!) 1 set of dumbbells (I used 5kg) 1 kettlebell (I used 8kg) 1 barbell (I used 10kg) As always, work to your level and needs! To avoid injury, make sure you focus on form and take as much rest as you need.
