Description: New video on a cryptid! This time I discuss the "mystery" of the De Loys' Ape, a Bigfoot-like primate that was photographed deep within the jungles of South America and is claimed to be an undiscovered ape man. We will tackle the question on if this really is an undiscovered species or not. Additionally, I discuss the history of European and American exploration into the "undiscovered" jungles of South America in the early to mid 20th century such as Percy Fawcett's adventures. Hope you enjoy! Edit: No don't worry, I wasn't dissing David Attenborough at 3:28. I was doing the opposite, I was praising him for being a person that's probably actually worth of the title of being an "Indiana Jones". I love the guy and the other scientists I listed as they actually did contribute to scientific understanding unlike some of the other people I mention in this video. It went by super quickly and my editing there was pretty bad for timing. My bad. Another Edit: I added some citations, my bad for not including them in the video originally Hemming, J.
