Description: Roscco went home after four weeks with us. He came in to us starting at 5 months old for one on one lessons, but as he matured he started becoming more and more selective with his listening. He was constantly breaking command, mouthing and jumping at his owners, resource guarding and growling at strangers. He’s approaching maturity now, so we see this happen a lot when dogs hit 9-12 months old. He simply just didn’t respect leadership and needed to learn that commands were non negotiable. We created a clear communication system with Roscco and spent a lot of time teaching his owners how to work with him as well. The human education is just as important as the dog training. We are so proud of this family and so happy for them. They will do great things together.
