Description: I'm gonna level with you, this anime was very weird, but I kind of liked it. Had it not been cancelled this could have been a good 80s show. You can tell they had ideas for a series, but it just never materialized. The box even points to a mailing address where you could join the "twinkle heart fan club", so it's sad to see. This happened quite a lot more than you would think, but at least it's been subtitled & you can watch it.
