Description: SUBSCRIBE to RetroWeld: youtube.com/channel/UC8NjH... Several years ago I built exterior shutters for the front of my house. Initially, I was going to buy them and quickly found out that they were going to cost me over $400 a pair. Wow, that was too much so I decided to make them myself. I bought rough cut cedar wood at my local big box store, cut them down to the right length and put them together using glue and screws. I used a KREG jig to help me get the right angle for the screws. The wood I bought for this project cost me $103 at Lowes. I had enough wood to build 2 shutters. I have been extremely happy with them so I made a video to show you how I built them. Please thumbs up if you liked it and subscribe. Also, leave a comment and let me know what you think.
