Yep... that was my grandpa. 💕 It's finally done. I was picking up and dropping this project for more than two years now - it's just so very personal and a roller coaster of emotions. It's made after and based on a true story. As you probably figured out, this video is about my grandfather and me. It's us. As some of you may already know, Amber and I kinda look similar, and then there's Robert Duvall who looks and reminds so much of my late grandfather... so, this was just meant to be made... and vidding wise - I guess this is as real as it gets. My grandfather was a very special man - he's one of those one in a million type of people and I was incredibly lucky to have him in my life and to have the honor to be apple of his eye. He loved me unconditionally, and he gave me everything and then some more. I could not wish for a better grandfather and friend. I could not even imagine better. So, I was extremely lucky to have this epic bond with such an incredible person. And I'm not saying that just because he's my grandfather, anyone who knew him can confirm my words. Sadly – and still surreal to me to this day – he passed away on June 11th 2011... three days before his birthday which is today, 14th of June. I could go on and on and on about him, about us, about everything... but I'll stop here. I hope I did our relationship at least a little bit of justice and honored it in the right way... and mostly, I hope he's proud. I love you, grandpa!
