Description: I’ve always loved old cartoons from the 30’s, and I’ve always wanted to make a tribute to the rubber hose style of that era, which I'm happy to see popular with games like Cuphead and Bendy. “Find Yourself” is a short animation I drew over the course of a week, it explores a cycle of self discovery. In this story a Bendy type 1930's character smashes the ceiling, symbolizing the process of discovering something about yourself, and moving to the next level. I used this story device in a slightly different way when I made "Ithaca Shores" music video. I hope you enjoy this animated short. The music is an excerpt from a 1930's era animated cartoon, which is in the public domain.
