Description: Raw Mango Rasam | Kacche Aam Ki Rasam | कच्चे आम से बनाएं स्वादिष्ट रसम Most delicious twist you can give to the popular South Indian Recipe - Rasam with Raw Mango flavor. Recipe is very easy to follow and results are unbelievably delicious. Ingredients : 1 Raw Mango (peeled and cut into pieces) 2 Green Chillies 1/2 cup + 1.5 cup + more Water 1/4 cup boiled Pigeon Pea Seeds (Tuvar Dal) 1.5 tsp Jaggery (Gur) Salt as per taste 2 tsp Oil / Ghee 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob 2 Dry Red Chillies Few Curry Leaves Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) Finely chopped Coriander Method : Take 1 chopped Raw Mango in a pressure cooker Add 2 Green Chillies Add 1/2 cup Water Pressure cook up to 2 whistles Once cooled, churn it in mixie to make mango puree Transfer this puree a pan Add a little Water Add 1/4 cup boiled Tuvar Dal Mix it well Add more 1.5 cup Water Add 1.5 tsp Jaggery (Gur) Add Salt as per taste Mix everything well and let it nicely boil Heat another pan for Tadka Add 2 tsp Oil / Ghee Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Add 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) Add a finely chopped small Ginger Knob Add 2 Dry Red Chillies Add few Curry Leaves Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) Pour this tadka in Rasam and mix it Bring it to a boil Turn off the heat then Add finely chopped Coriander Take it in a serving bowl and garnish with Coriander Enjoy this Delicious Raw Mango Rasam 00:00 - Making of kacche aam ki Rasam 00:27 - Cooking the raw mango 01:15 - Churning the mango 01:35 - Adding toor dal 01:59 - Mix in jaggery 02:08 - Boiling time 02:15 - Preparing the tempering 03:31 - Mix in tempering in mango 03:56 - Plating time 04:25 - Meghna tasting the kacche aam ki Rasam .
