Description: If you are new to baking I cannot recommend quick breads enough. They are really straightforward and will have your house smelling warm and cozy before you know it. Being from Ohio I have been making and eating banana bread forever but this recipe is my new favorite. I was inspired by some of my old cookbooks that call for using wheat bran which in the right quantity adds a richness without drying the bread out.
