Description: If you enjoy the video then please help us and hit that like button! Is this the world's best house and car combination? Paul checks out the brand new, Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost at what is probably on of the world's best house, with a guided tour from it's owner, Joe - the co-founder of PaddlUp, the sales platform for £100K+ supercars. This incredible house, often referred to as the "Exeter Shard" or the "Hux Shard" was featured on Grand Designs with Kevin Mccloud, and boasts a kitchen that cost over £125,000, and a garage full of luxury cars. You know it's special as even as you enter you're greeted with a zero mileage, 2017 Kawasaki Ninja H2 carbon limited edition motorbike, 1 of only 120 in the world! The house is probably one of the most amazing new homes belt this century and is outstanding with innovative and design. Joe told us the Hux Shard helps raise standards of design more generally in rural areas, and the building’s relationship with the landscape was paramount with the vision. What do you think? Is it the Hux Shard the best house in the world? Do you like the modern architecture, or is it not really for you? We previously tested the Silver badged, Rolls-Royce Ghost in beautiful Scotland, but it seems this Black Badge appeals to a slightly different audience. And believe it or not, Rolls-Royce have the youngest average age of owner of any brand within the BMW group! The starting price of the Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost is approximately £256,000, which is around the same as the average UK house price of £268,000, but it's fair to say this all new Black Badge Ghost probably wouldn't be that at home on your average driveway! Of course, we couldn't help but take a look at the garage too, featuring an SL500, Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate Edition and even an SLR 722S, signed by none other than Sir Stirling Moss! What will supercar collector Joe think of the Black Badge? With 600HP and 900NM of torque from the V12 engine under the bonnet, surely it's a perfect car to add to his collection. Or is it?! Personally, with this house, and this car, we don't think there could be a better combination? Do you? And huge thanks to Rory and Evan for teaching Paul how to drive a Crazy Cart!
