Description: Wood turning a wand from purpleheart wood. I use a little bit of flame in this video as well, for a magic like result. This wand also seconds as a scepter. I did some resin casting and made a 20 sided die to use as the gemstone to mount on the handle. I used an oval skew chisel for the entire turn... I don't do a lot of "between the centers" work on my lathe, so this was good practice. Thanks to everyone for subscribing! My channel continues to grow and my heart is full of gratitude!
