Description: Y-ya see, the joke is that eggs can...they can be cracked on edges *ahem* (After waking up, plus seeing some comments, I felt the body needed to be shrunk and his top quill near the end made his forehead to big) Act 1 Animation is slowly on the way, so I wanted to show publicly a shot where I have been playing around with more economic animation. For talking and expressive shots, I am experimenting with animating on "3s and 4s", where the animation doesn't quite move as smoothly due to the lack of in-betweens, instead relying on stronger poses and silhouettes to sell the acting (I animate Nazo at 30 frames per second so that's about 8-10 drawings a second vs 15-30 if I animate on 2s an 1s). Faster and Action scenes will definitely require more in-between but for talky scenes like this, I think it works! Follow me on social media and subscribe to keep up to date!
