Description: Hey my loves, hope you are doing well! Today, I wanted to show you the time capsule I've been working on for the past week. No matter where you are in the world, or what your situation is, we've all been through massive change since the p@ndemic began in December 2019. It felt weird to keep making videos without acknowledging it, but I also haven't known how to process it or talk about it in a way that's actually helpful. But making a time capsule about my experiences, and reflecting on everything that's happened, really helped me to process in a way that makes sense, and is helping me to get un-stuck and think about the future again. There's no wrong or right way to process grief, but being able to seal it up in a jar definitely helped me feel much, much lighter. One day I hope to open it again and read everything, and see how much life has changed again! I hope you'll give it a try too :) ................................... ✦ Some practical notes: ✧ Most people like to bury their time capsules for future generations to discover. If you want to do so, use a container which will survive the elements. Metal will rust, but a glass jar with a plastic lid would work! You can use silicone caulk to seal up the jar for extra waterproofing. ✧ I decided to keep mine in the back of my closet, more like a "memory jar" to open again in a decade or two. It depends on what you want to do with the jar. You may wish to destroy it or burn it?
