Description: Today we're going to be talking about why curly hair is better than straight hair... Kinda haha. 1. You never have to worry about it being out of place…. Because it doesn’t have a place really. It kinda does whatever it wants, when it wants. 2. Curly hair is actually a really good tool to teach you how to accept yourself. When I was younger probably in the last few years of primary school and the beginning of high school my hair went absolutely awol with curls and frizz lol. It almost seemed like every kid except me had manageable hair. It wasn’t until I left school and was able to start testing new stuff out for myself that I actually realised there’s pretty much a solution for every type of hair. You just gotta find it for yourself through trial and error. More to the point though, all my trial and error has led me to actually loving my hair and 3. Has way more natural texture & grit which can then be enhanced and toned back based on how you are feeling that day. 4. Curly hair is usually more pliable and holds shape way better which means your styles last longer particularly when using heat to style it. 5. The porosity of curly hair is way higher in curly hair types giving them more body and volume without needing to work too hard. 6. Doesn’t get as oily as straight hair. 7. Because it doesn’t get as oily, you don’t have to wash as much. Which saves shampoo & conditioner but unfortunately you’re still broke because of all the other products you need to buy just to keep it hydrated... 8. Curly hair is very versatile and never boring. You can pretty much do every style on the spectrum. Straight, Wavy, Curly and even coily. The options are pretty much endless. 9. It’s far easier to go from curly to straight than it is to go from straight to curly. Curling hair requires a lot of technique. Straightening does. So people with curly hair really get the best of both worlds if I’m honest. 10. Curly hair + the beach = AMAZING HAIR! The definition, the volume, shagginess. Salt water & curly hair really do work together for a sick look. The only thing you gotta be careful of is not leaving it in for too long because it can really try your hair out. I’m not sure how active he is anymore I think he’s only posting like once a month now or something. He’s worth looking at though if you have unruly hair. So that’s it guys.
