HOW OR WHY WILL THE DOLLAR GO TO ZERO? The value of the dollar has plummeted in the last 400 years. Specifically in 1913 - that was the start of the central bank - in fact the dollar has lost 96% of its value since 1913 meaning that $1 today is the same as 4 cents in 1913.
