So I thought that I would make a video detailing the most common equalisation problems that divers have and how to solve them. In this video I talk about: - Solving physiological issues like dealing with our sinuses and divers who have tight eustachian tubes. - How to get around anatomical issues like deviated septums and abnormalities in the nasal cavity. -Working with our equalisation skills, such as common problems with our frenzel equalisation and in particular how to equalise head down if you are a diver who has problems with this. -I also speak about common depths that divers run into similar issues. In general this video is aimed to not only solve a person's equalisation problems if they have any but also to further develop all divers knowledge of freediving equalisation so they better problem solve their own issues when they arrive or solve the problems of their dive buddies.
