Description: Today I wanted to express my feelings as a creator, So please watch till the end. Script | There is no day I wake up without worrying about my creative progress, There is a common thought that all of us creatives can relate to and it’s the thought that says: "I am not good enough”. We are never satisfied with all the magical work we’ve done, we are always focused on the small details that we aren't very good at. in fact, we might’ve even forgotten our achievements because of the constant anticipation of "what’s next!" we are in our worst if we stop creating. That dopamine release when hearing the sound of the camera shutter, Pressing the upload button or posting a photo that we worked on for days, months or even years, that is like a strongly addictive drug mixed with blood in our veins. There are times when we feel we are lost, in doubt, and uncertain about the things we're doing. We ask ourselves is this really what I wanted to do? We often judge our work by the number of likes and views we get! My art field may not be similar to yours but I’m pretty sure we all feel the same way no matter what kind of art you do, being unproductive can lead us to feel depressed, and we think that creativity only comes when you’re mentally healthy! You might be wondering “then why don’t we quit all of this and be happy doing something else?” well, I believe this won’t make anything easier, if anything, it will only make you feel worse by time. Because you are distant from your inner inclination, It's not something we choose, the love for the craft is a uniqueness that we grew up with, a passion that has been inside us from childhood, And getting to create in the art form that you are passionate about (whether it’s painting, singing, photography, dancing, playing music, sculpture, filmmaking… etc) is a dream that became reality. And life becomes meaningless when you quit. I always ask myself when am I going to be fully satisfied with my work and the answer is.. never, because paradoxically, the more we create, the more we feel like we are not good enough, far from greatness. Truth is, creativity is an endless arcade game, A game that has only two options "Game over" or “Continue” there isn’t something called winning. I know I’m talking all negative about being an artist but this is the reality that creatives don’t embrace. It’s part of the journey. Being involved with art is an incredible thing to experience in this world, and that is being able to learn endlessly and grow in your art and life. Giving other people new perspectives, Seeing the impact you’ve done on someone else's life, last but not least being surrounded by the community of other artists and viewers who share the same mindset, I guess what I’m trying to say is… You’re not alone A film by Kaiwan Shaban Special thanks to Ruslan Yanko Ayad Khalil THE LUTS I USED FOR THIS VIDEO COMING SOON!
