The thaw in about 5 minutes under cool water.) Carrot Cucumber Cilantro Butter Lettuce Dipping sauce: Water Fish sauce Fresh Lime juice Garlic Chili Paste Minced Garlic Rice Vinegar Sesame Oil Cook rice noodles - These are easy to cook. Cooks in about 6 minutes. Let them cool. Boil water (add garlic salt or onion salt + pepper) Add raw shrimp to the boiling water for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan. You want to keep an eye so they don't overcook and become rubbery. As soon as they are cooked rinse them and place in a bowl with cold water to stop the cooking process. Dip your rice paper in a plate with 1/2 or so of cool water. Once it becomes soft you add it to the plate and begin assembling your shrimp, rice noodles & veggies.
