Description: What a flash flood looks like. This video is from my brother. He said he got off of work and on his way home he heard a loud crashing sound and could see trees moving around wildly up the hill. He got out of the car and walked over to take a look only to be greeted by a torrent of water rushing in. The flash flood is really what it sounds like, it comes out of nowhere, quickly! What I didn't realize though is that the flash flood can actually last for a long time! Since my brother did not want to risk going across the road through the current, he had to sleep there over night while he waited for it to stop. He said he never did end up waiting till the end of it. Once the water slowed down and was about half a foot deep, he drove over it with no problems. #flashflood
