Description: Online Coaching at azxangeles@yahoo.com For the past 2 weeks i have been weight training 3x a week doing full body workouts which usually takes 90 minutes to complete. This allows me to rest 4 days a week but still train each muscle group 3x a week. So far ive been seeing decent results and as long as i keep progressing the results will keep coming.
