Description: Today's Earth Day, and for this video we decided to do something a little different. We took a ride up to Perth Amboy and walked up to the shoreline of the Raritan Bay. Litter, debris, and contaminants were easily visible from the shoreline, so we decided to take action. It is estimated that almost 370 million gallons of sewage flow into the Raritan River and Arthur kill through Perth Amboy's combined sewer system each year. Tires do not decompose, when tires are dumped improperly, the release chemicals into the air, ground, and water that alter the ecosystem. As car enthusiasts, we can do better. Always have your tires properly disposed of. It's important that we continue to do our part in improving our planet.
