Description: We moved into our fifty year old bungalow in Dublin and today I'm answering your questions! About the house, getting our mortgage and lots more! Empty house tour! We went with Bank of Ireland for our mortgage and opted for the 2.55% fixed interest rate over seven years option ... just incase anyone is interested! With this option we'll end up paying the lowest amount back over time. We turned down the cash back because to get a few grand up front, you actually end up paying it back multiple times over, it SO wasn't worth it! ANYWAY. AHH. I am SO excited to renovate this amazing house and for us to turn it into a home ... we're beyond happy here and finally feel 'settled in' after a few weeks of unpacking and getting used to the place. My motivation and passion for YouTube is re-sparking at the mere thought of having my own office, a place where I can FINALLY have some separation when it comes to my work life, as the work life balance can be difficult to strike when working for yourself!
