Description: In this 1976 Chevrolet C10 Stepside build video we start stripping everything to the bare frame. We remove the engine and transmission along with the axle. After the rear axle is removed I begin cutting out the rivets holding the leafspring hangers, bump stops, and spare wheel holder. All of this is to prep for the new LS3 Engine, 6l80E transmission, and Independent rear suspension. We are not sure of what we are going to do with the front suspension yet. Ideally I would like to have a custom crossmember along with tubular control arms and hopefully air suspension.
