Description: Cat Shines Guide: mariopartylegacy.com/super-mario-3d-world/guides/cat-shines Like the three other main areas in Lake Lapcat, the Wasteland area has a total of 20 Cat Shines to find and collect split between four islands. Each of these islands have five Cat Shines each. Any deaths or sections waiting for Bowser to awaken were edited out. It all takes place at Lake Lapcat, a vast open-world area filled with different island, each home to a different number of Cat Shines. Mario is free to roam around these areas as he collects Cat Shines and unlocks additional islands to explore. The Super Bell is the main power-up here and Plessie can be used to travel from island to island.
