Description: studiobeeproductions.com If you like seeing large bee hives, this video will not disappoint you, and if you like seeing a queen bee being captured and caged, once again, you will not be disappointed. This weeks bee wrangling adventure brings us to Slidell, Louisiana where we have been lots of times before, but we certainly don't encounter hives this large when we go there. Wreck it Ralph works his magic on demo as usual, and Good Time Charlie shot some very impressive video for this one. Along with a massive hive, you would expect to see a lot of bees as well, and this theory holds true for this hive. Not only were there lots of bees, they were evenly tempered although we were all stung a few times. The biggest problem we encountered was the comb itself, it was not in slabs, and we could only pull out small pieces of it. Consequently, very little of it was used, and I wound up putting several frames of capped honey in the hive due to the fact that there was very little in the combs we removed.
