Description: Volusia County, Florida — On I-95 yesterday afternoon (10/8/18), a driver who was pulled over for reckless driving fought with an FHP trooper, jumped back into his vehicle and fled. VCSO deputies assisted FHP by deploying stop sticks on the fleeing vehicle, which eventually came to a stop on the side of the highway. The driver bailed out and ran. K-9 Endo, a very good boy, apprehended him shortly thereafter.
