So we are all familiar at this point with next-gen consoles being sold out EVERYWHERE! This is due to automated bots acquiring all of the PS5 inventory before anyone can and purchasing them all at once and then flipping them for profit. Console flipping is a very lucrative and profitable hustle. Some PS5 consoles are selling for over $2000 USD. That begs the question then is this right? Morally and Ethically, not at all. But people are paying these prices. Business-wise, yes. You can make so much money to provide for your familiar or just have a bunch of extra money. That hasn't ever hurt anyon- okay yes it has...
