Description: We now have text messages sent from Don Trump Jr. to then White House chief of staff Mark Meadows Thanks to the Jan 6 committee investigating Trump’s belligerent treason and to no one’s surprise they reveal just how desperate and delusional the millionaire daddy’s boy Don Jr. really was. On of Jr’s texts said “We have multiple paths. We control them all,” but here’s the shocker. They didn’t have a path. They didn’t control ANYTHING. It’s amazing when a shell of a person who has done everything wrong in his life but has gotten everything anyone has ever wanted has a message that claims HE IS IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING…but now finds himself being investigated for literally being so out of control that it amounts to treason. The incredibly illegal paths Jr. was referring to is 1) that Congress could reject slates of Biden electors at the joint session and subsequently choose Trump electors in seven states that voted for Biden. According to legal scholar Matthew Seligman this idea was equivalent to “a bunch of people sitting in an Arby’s across the street from the Capitol building writing on a napkin.” Another path Jr. referred to was Congress rejecting enough slates of electors for Biden keeping the President Elect below the 270 electoral vote threshold and thus forcing another election in the House to elect the president. “Republicans control 28 states Democrats 22 states," Trump Jr. said. "Once again Trump wins." "We either have a vote WE control and WE win OR it gets kicked to Congress 6 January 2021," And if neither of those bogus ideas were to get his daddy back in power, Jr. wanted to go full authoritarian on DC and have Republicans simply install Trump with a vote in Congress–"We have operational control Total leverage," "Moral High Ground POTUS must start 2nd term now." The fact that he thinks his dad can be installed as President of the United States by a unilateral vote by Congress wreaks of the narcissistic fashion both Trump and Jr. live their lives. Jr. claiming to have control of anything or moral high ground on anyone is quintessential tragic comedy. Control? They lost the election and have control of almost nothing as their family’s fate is in the hands of the Jan 6 committee who has both Republicans and Democrats investigating the Trump family’s desperate, treasonous grasp for power. Moral high ground? The committee has the high ground, and Jr. they have your texts.
