However, after receiving a copyright claim on a different video, I had to take this one down since it used footage from the same company that owned the footage in the other video. It wasn't until last year that I learned that local news footage is not fair use. News footage is licensed. I was charged $1,000 to remove the strike and put the video back up. Thankfully, that fee is extremely low compared to other news stations. I remember a station offering me Big Bad Wolf footage for $2,500. So in order to put this video back up, I had to remove all local news footage. I was finally able to get around to it after a busy and stressful few months. With that being said, what's done is done, and I'd rather let everyone enjoy this video again than discuss local news stations and copyright.
